Senior FS Regulatory Associate

Our client, a leading international City law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Senior Counsel to join their Financial Services Regulatory team.

The successful candidate will provide regulatory advice across a variety of financial services clients, focusing on Payment Services Regulations 2017, E-Money Regulations 2011, AML compliance, BCOBs, and card scheme rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering regulatory guidance and drafting for complex projects
  • Advising on the regulatory framework for claims management businesses and NFTs/cryptocurrencies
  • Providing guidance on UK regulatory frameworks for financial services firms
  • Managing complex projects with minimal supervision
