About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Data Governance Manager to join our team at AMADA Senior Care Mesa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our financial data and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Oversight: Provide guidance and advisory support to senior management on compliance matters, ensuring that our organization meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement effective data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of our financial data.
  • Regulatory Risk Management: Identify and mitigate regulatory risks associated with our financial data and systems, ensuring that we remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Business Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing timely and salient advice on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Analysis and Advice: Provide compliance advisory services to product managers, including valuable challenge and scrutiny, while maintaining a trusted business partner relationship.
  • Regulatory Strategy and Change: Provide input into regulatory horizon scanning, including drafting responses to consultations, performing impact analysis, and collaborating to ensure the business addresses regulatory risks and obligations.
  • Governance and Management Information: Prepare concise and effective management information reports, participate in and present at various governance forums and committees, and be empowered to raise risks, issues, or concerns via senior colleagues and forums.
  • Policies and Procedures: Partner with the Central Compliance team to design, implement, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Compliance Monitoring and Assurance: Support internal reviews and external audits as required, including the risk assessment, plan, execution, and remediation of reviews.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or relevant risk, regulatory, consulting, or business-related roles, preferably within a financial infrastructure firm or a financial services firm.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and laws, including those related to financial data and systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse regulatory rules and requirements pertaining to the UK and EU, as well as experience with broker-dealer products and financial markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead multiple workstreams across different projects, think critically, and ask difficult questions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
