Buckinghamshire Safeguarding Adults Partnership Leader

About the Role
The Buckinghamshire Safeguarding Adults Partnership is seeking a highly experienced and effective Independent Safeguarding Adults Chair to provide leadership and strategic vision for the Partnership.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the adult safeguarding agenda and be able to provide robust scrutiny, holding partners to account to ensure the best outcomes for vulnerable adults and our communities.
About You
We are looking for an individual with relevant professional experience in leadership roles in identified sectors, including Health & Social Care, Criminal Justice, Education, Police, Probation, Voluntary or Academic sectors.
You should be able to work collaboratively, influence others, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
