About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us in developing the future of New-Gen Energy and Material Processing.

The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience in sales or business development within the energy sector. As part of our team, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships with customers across the UK and Ireland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for equipment and materials related to New-Gen Energy and Material Processing research, R&D, and quality assurance applications.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and add value to our existing customer base through effective communication and tailored solutions.

You will receive support from a dedicated Sales Support Assistant to ensure your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, ideally within the energy sector. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers will be essential.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
