We are seeking two highly qualified playworkers to join our childcare team in the UK, providing wrap-around care on a day-to-day basis. This role involves engaging children aged 3-11 and delivering high-level customer service to children, parents, and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sessions Planning and Delivery: Plan, deliver, and evaluate sessions and activities for children aged 3-11
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high level of customer service
  • Weekly Meetings: Attend weekly meetings and contribute to share ideas and provide the best possible experience for children
  • Safeguarding: Be committed to safeguarding children and follow all company policies and procedures
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support playworkers in the setting

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare
  • Paediatric First Aid Trained (or willing to attend training)
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification (or willing to attend training)
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead Qualification (or willing to attend training)

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of leading and supervising
  • Experience of working with children aged 3-11
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding
  • Committed to CPD and further training

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
