Dental Receptionist

**DENTAL RECEPTIONIST**

Ringway Dental was taken over by award-winning cosmetic and implant dentist Dr Stephen Dodd in February 2021 taking the practice from strength to strength.

To accommodate this growth Ringway is seeking an enthusiastic, full time Receptionist
- Front of house **(dental experience desired but not essential)**.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Ideally some **dental experience **and qualified GDC registered dental nurse.

- Skilled at building relationships with patients on the phone and face to face
- Ability to overcome objections and barriers to treatments
- Articulate the benefits of treatment at Ringway Dental
- Motivated by achieving goals
- Organised, proficient multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail

- Genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care

- Ability to manage own workload and use initiative

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Managing clinicians' diaries - booking patients in and managing any issues that may arise.
- Presenting and explaining detailed treatment plans.
- Discussing pricing and payment options to the patient.
- Following-up and monitoring treatment uptake.
- Supporting all members of staff to maintain a smooth-running practice.
