Marketing Manager UKI NetSuite

NetSuite's Marketing Team plays a pivotal role in driving growth and is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute allbound marketing campaigns and activities to address our target audience, aligning with geographic, segment, vertical, and product requirements.
  • Refine and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment, focusing on volume and velocity in lead generation and conversion through the sales funnel.
  • Embed nurture programs, retargeting, and ABM tactics to maximize campaign reach and impact.
  • Seek opportunities to incorporate a 'digital first' strategy, driving campaign efficiencies and best practices through our day-to-day work.
  • Review campaign performance across all channels, providing detailed analysis and commentary, and implementing changes as necessary to ensure campaign impact.
  • Forecast and monitor ongoing target attainment (MQLs, SQLs, Opps/pipeline, Logos/ARR) and work with the wider Marketing team to recommend actions to achieve and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and deliver campaign briefings, providing necessary information and support to aligned Sales teams and relevant business units to ensure campaign success.
  • Work closely with aligned Sales and Marketing stakeholders to align on priority regions/segments/verticals/products.
  • Manage third-party vendors and publishers to maximize reach and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • A self-starter with strong project management and communication skills, able to multitask and confidently manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Marketing qualifications (preferable).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B Marketing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – copywriting skills a plus.
  • Software and technology experience.
  • Attention to detail, follow-through, and deadline compliance.
  • Data-driven, able to analyze and interpret data competently.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures.
