Job Title: Client Liaison Centre Manager
\Salary: £40k-£50k + Generous Bonus Scheme & Benefits (estimated annual salary: £48,000)
\We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused individual with exceptional communication skills and experience managing offices or overseeing facilities. As a Client Liaison Centre Manager at our corporate hospitality provider in Central London, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's award-winning service is delivered to clients at all times.
\The ideal candidate will have operational experience in client-facing roles, inspirational management/leadership skills, and the ability to build excellent business relationships with clients. You will also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.

- Extensive client communication and interaction, including onboarding and offboarding processes\
- Facilities management, including coordinating events and maintaining safety regulations\
- Leading and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality results\
- Proactive problem solving, resolving issues with speed, empathy, professionalism, and decisiveness\
- Ensuring operational efficiency through regular building checks\
