Are you ready to take on a leadership role in residential child care? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality care to vulnerable children. You will provide a stable and secure environment, identify training needs, and conduct staff appraisals. You will also participate in safeguarding and on-call duties.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce
  • At least 2 years' experience in residential child care within the last 5 years
  • A willingness to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care
