Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Exchange Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our regional sales team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and efficient exchange completions, working closely with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and financial advisors. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to our success.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Completions: Proactively progress new sale plot reservations through to exchange of contracts and successful legal completion in strict accordance with budgeted forecast expectations.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer experience through the conveyance process, breaking down barriers and overcoming issues to achieve timely exchange of contracts and legal completions.
  • Mortgage Application Knowledge: Demonstrate and actively apply a detailed knowledge of mortgage application, conveyance processes, and legal and compliance frameworks associated with new home purchases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and enthusiasm about providing a first-class customer experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have a working knowledge of industry codes of practice, such as Code of Conduct, CML, PMA.
  • IT Skills: Have strong IT and database management skills, including the effective use of CRM systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus, buy, sell, and accrual holiday scheme, private healthcare, company pension, life assurance, and other benefits.
