Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Whiteley

Salary: £26,145.60 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Role: Full Time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the National Accounts Helpdesk team
  • Supporting the Helpdesk Manager
  • Confirming prices of jobs completed using the in-house system Xeres
  • Liaising with National Account Customers
  • Requesting Purchase Orders
  • Adhering to different customers invoicing requirements
  • Working towards the 'Month End' Deadline
  • Covering the National Accounts Coordinator's role
