Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
Cleansing Service Group (CSG) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our National Accounts Helpdesk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to National Account customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage customer relationships, resolve queries, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Process and manage customer orders, including confirming prices and generating invoices.
- Work closely with the Helpdesk Manager to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
