Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our National Accounts Helpdesk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to National Account customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns
  • Process and manage customer orders, including confirming prices and generating invoices
  • Work closely with the Helpdesk Manager to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
