Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our National Accounts Helpdesk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to National Account customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns
- Process and manage customer orders, including confirming prices and generating invoices
- Work closely with the Helpdesk Manager to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent team working skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
