As a Resourcing Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping our talent strategy and driving business growth. You'll work closely with senior leaders to design and execute creative recruitment strategies, leveraging various sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes for defined business areas
  2. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  3. Designing and delivering value-add projects that drive business outcomes and community impact
  4. Managing permanent vacancies and staying up-to-date with the external talent landscape
