The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and providing financial expertise to our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions
    • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
    • Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial planning and budgeting
  • Financial Analysis and Advisory
    • Provide financial analysis and advisory services to business teams
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance and accounting
    • Proven track record of delivering financial analysis and advisory services
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
