About the Role

As a Resourcing Business Partner, you'll be an integral part of our Human Resources team. You'll be accountable for end-to-end recruitment across a defined business directorate, strategically partnering with managers and senior leaders to design and execute creative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment process from identifying and assessing suitable talent to providing an amazing candidate experience.
  • Build credible relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted ally and subject matter expert within your field.
  • Manage all permanent vacancies within your business area, understanding the external talent landscape and its influence on the broader Severn Trent talent strategy.
