About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our food and beverage sales efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of identified food and beverage accounts in the UK and Ireland, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with product management, application, and product development teams to develop customer concepts and drive business growth.
  • Lead projects from customer briefing to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Create and fulfill sales plans and budgets, aligning with market plans and business objectives.
  • Monitor the market, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

About You

  • Proven track record in sales performance and project management.
  • Experience in the food, beverage, and foodservice business segments (B2B).
  • Strong commercial acumen, with knowledge of the foodservice chains and food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
