You're invited to join a world-leading nutrition company as a Food and Beverages Sales Manager UK & Ireland. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction in the foodservice and food and beverage markets.

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled sales professional with a track record of success in project management and sales performance. As our ideal candidate, you'll have experience in the food, beverage, and foodservice business segments (B2B), ideally holding a university degree in a relevant discipline. Strong commercial contacts to foodservice chains, food, and beverage industry players are a must.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for identified food and beverage accounts in the UK & Ireland.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies within the foodservice and food and beverage markets.
  • Collaborate with product management, application, and product development teams to create customer concepts.
  • Lead projects from customer briefing to implementation, ensuring full responsibility and accountability.
  • Manage a diverse foodservice and ingredients portfolio.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers.
  • Create and fulfill your own sales plans and budget based on market plans.
  • Monitor and control all sales activities with existing and potential customers.
  • Foster and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and identify potential opportunities.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director in the UK & Ireland and maintain a dotted line with the Area Sales Director.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A consistent track record in Project Management and Sales performance.
  • Experience in the food, beverage, and foodservice business segments (B2B).
  • A university degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and commercial contacts to foodservice chains, food, and beverage industry players.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • The ability to work in teams within a matrix organization and possess strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
  • An independent and structured approach to work.
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation and technology skills.
