Learning Needs Assistant

We are seeking a caring and motivated individual to fill the position of Learning Needs Assistant. This role involves supporting a child with various learning needs, working closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure the student receives the necessary care and attention.

Salary: Scale 3 point 4 - 5, approximately £18,672 - £20,907 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the teacher in providing a supportive learning environment for the student.
  • Help with lesson planning and preparation as needed.
  • Support the student during lessons and activities.
