We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Harlow, Hertfordshire. As a key member of the teaching team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting pupils with SEN in their learning and development, both in and out of the classroom.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of personalized learning plans, tailored to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
- Fostering a positive and supportive environment that encourages pupil engagement and participation, promoting social inclusion and academic achievement.
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to the class teacher to inform future learning strategies.
A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits, is available for this exciting opportunity.
