Site Care Worker

We are looking for a dedicated Site Care Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Students in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reacting to maintenance duties across the site, undertaking routine works, and providing accurate and timely information on progress.
This role requires someone with experience within a caretaking or cleaning role, who possesses practical skills in identifying and/or carrying out standard repairs. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of health and safety and good communication skills.
The salary for this role is £24,621 - £25,916.88 per year, with additional benefits including 25 days leave, a pension scheme, life assurance, and an employee volunteering scheme.
