**Job Title:** Complex Needs Support Worker
**Location:** Clacton
**Salary:** £13.91 per hour (hourly pay)
About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Complex Needs Support Worker. As a member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to an individual with complex needs, enabling them to live their life to the fullest.
This role involves providing personal care, peg feeding, oral suctioning, tracheostomy care, tracheal suctioning, oxygen therapy, and other essential tasks to ensure the individual's comfort and well-being.
You will work closely with the individual and their family to develop a personalized care plan, promoting independence and autonomy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and flexibility to meet the individual's needs.
