About the Role:

At Helping Hands, we're looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing companionship, support with personal care, and helping them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Helping clients with mobility and mobility-related tasks
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support
  • Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and tidying
  • Running errands, such as food shopping and picking up prescriptions
