About the Role

As the Head of Customer Services, you'll play a key strategic and operational role in ensuring the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of a best-in-class aftercare service to customers who have purchased a property from us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culture, process, and performance improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead a team that delivers customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, live chat, and in-person.
  • Implement our People and Customer Promises to drive an effortless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement.
About You

We're looking for a well-developed leader with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams. You'll have a strong track record of accomplishments and target-driven successes in the customer service field, extensive experience of leading operational customer service teams, and a strong understanding of the wider issues impacting the relevant markets.
