Job Description

As a Billing Process Manager at MLL Telecom Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the entire billing process from start to finish. This includes ensuring accuracy and timeliness of billing, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer non-payment issues.

You will need to possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Dynamics (Navision) or similar accounting software, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire billing process from start to finish
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing
  • Implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer non-payment issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a billing process management role
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics (Navision) or similar accounting software
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
