Accounts Receivable Process Lead

Join us as an Accounts Receivable Process Lead at MLL Telecom Ltd and take charge of driving process improvements in our finance department. As a key member of the financial control team, you will be responsible for working closely with the field deployment team to ensure accurate and timely billing of our customers.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience to make a real impact on our business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity, while also supporting other activities in the financial control team as required.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with project managers regarding reporting and due diligence.
- Ensuring that internal control procedures related to job costing and sales invoicing are adhered to.
- Raising credit notes as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of financial procedures, including invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) or similar accounting software.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
$62,350 per year.
