About Our Job

We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements, supporting the team with accounts payable and receivable duties, and performing bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and maintain an organized system of accounting records to facilitate efficient record-keeping.
  • Support the team with accounts payable and receivable duties, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to verify transactions and identify discrepancies, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Participate in annual audits to ensure adherence to industry standards, contributing to ad-hoc projects as required by the management team.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
