Sales and Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Partnership Specialist to join our team at Randstad. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the North East region.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a leading recruitment agency and take their career to the next level. As a Sales and Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with local authorities and residential services, offering bespoke care packages for adults and children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the care sector
- Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
