Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage night hotel operations, including checking arrivals and departures, reservations, payments, and rate discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services, and facilities.
  • Ensure that End of Day reports and night auditing sheets are completed effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
  • Take initiative in accommodating guest needs in a resourceful manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent guest engagement skills.
  • Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
  • Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly.
  • Ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
  • Good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous.
