Job Description: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our team at Aspire People. The ideal candidate will have experience in the care sector and be interested in utilizing their skills within education.
About the Role- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Long-term contract with the option of extending or working on a flexible basis
- Working one-to-one with students, as well as collaboratively with a class teacher and team of assistants
- Developing social and cognitive development in students
- Supportive senior leadership team
The school caters for students in Key Stages 1-4. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from an education background or those with experience in healthcare/support work.
Key Details- Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Rolling contract with the option to go permanent
