Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing business with major customers via account management, customer visits, and presentations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with major customers
- Managing customer databases and updating contact information
- Visiting head offices and large sites to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Attending customer events and presentations to promote our services
Key Benefits:
- Basic salary of circa £38k-£45k DOE
- Bonus scheme
- Monday-Friday working hours
- Pension
- Up to 29 days holidays including bank holidays

Requirements:
• Experience developing new and existing accounts within the plant hire, tool hire, powered access, accommodation hire, generator hire, and pump hire sectors
• A driving license is required for this role
