About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing business with major customers via account management, customer visits, and presentations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with major customers
  • Managing customer databases and updating contact information
  • Visiting head offices and large sites to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Attending customer events and presentations to promote our services

Key Benefits:

  • Basic salary of circa £38k-£45k DOE
  • Bonus scheme
  • Monday-Friday working hours

  • Up to 29 days holidays including bank holidays

Requirements:

• Experience developing new and existing accounts within the plant hire, tool hire, powered access, accommodation hire, generator hire, and pump hire sectors

• A driving license is required for this role
