Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our fast-growing team at Mulberry Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing new business, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers and driving revenue.

Daily Duties:

* Develop a trust relationship with existing customers to maximize opportunities through the formulation and delivery of agreed business plans

* Assist in existing customer retention by analyzing and monitoring low or non-trade accounts

* Assist in new customer retention by relevant contact and monitoring of accounts

* Ensure all customers are contacted for order capture and area growth

* Robust call schedule planning weekly to ensure effective customer management across the ledger

* Strong commercial awareness

* A confident and determined approach

* Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection

* Strong time management

* Strong analytical skills

Requirements:
