Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Counter Assistant in one of our Post Office Stores.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, connecting people across miles and time, organizing travel money and documents, and taking care of bills and banking.

To succeed in this role, you will require a passion for customers, having an exceptional experience in store. You will work hard to make WHSmith a success and keep our customers happy, so as well as your salary, pension scheme, paid annual leave and employee discounts, you will be rewarded with a range of deals from retail partners that will help you save money and make memories.
