About the Role

This position focuses on creating a happy, positive atmosphere where all children can achieve their best. You'll be working hands-on with students, especially those with SEN, helping them grow academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Teachers: Implement IEPs, adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Supporting Students: Offer one-to-one support, promote independence, and enhance learning experiences.
  • Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of student progress, communicate with teachers and parents, and contribute to team meetings.
  • Enhancing Classroom Environment: Foster a positive atmosphere, encourage inclusion, and ensure a safe, supportive learning space.
