SEN Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SEN Support Specialist to work with children who require additional support in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils who have autism, ADHD, and other special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture strong relationships with pupils to help them succeed academically and personally.
- Support pupils during lessons to ensure they understand the subject matter.
- Use practical strategies to engage and motivate pupils, providing emotional and behavioural support as needed.
Requirements include experience or interest in working with children with special educational needs, particularly autism and ADHD. Strong communication skills and resilience are also essential.
The estimated salary for this position is £27,500 per annum.
