We are looking for a talented Youth Worker - Creative Specialist to join our team at a SEND school in Ingatestone. The successful candidate will have a passion for using creativity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.
You will work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents to provide individualized support and promote emotional well-being. Your expertise in using creative techniques to inspire confidence and engagement will be invaluable in helping our students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and meaningful lessons using creative techniques.
- Support children with their individual goals as outlined in their EHCPs.
- Help create an environment that promotes emotional well-being and personal growth.

Requirements:- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
