Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pet Grooming Specialist to join our Dogwood salon team in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality grooming services to our furry friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Groom and style dogs to the highest standard, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  • Oversee the running of the spa, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and their pets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and develop your team to meet our high standards.
  • Drive sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing wait times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients and their pets.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and equipment maintenance, ensuring our spa remains a first-class facility.

  • The drive and determination to work effectively as part of a busy team and under your own initiative.
  • Willingness to pass grooming knowledge to trainee stylists, sharing your expertise and experience.
