At Pets Corner UK, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Grooming Specialist to join our Dogwood salon team. As a Dog Stylist and Spa Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of pet grooming.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for pets and a proven track record of providing high-quality grooming services. You will be expected to lead by example, motivating and training your team to meet Dogwood's high standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Grooming and styling dogs to the highest standard.
  • Overseeing the running of the spa, including managing appointments and ensuring first-class presentation.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and develop your team.
  • Responsible for sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Delivering high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all pets and their owners.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • A genuine interest in Dogwood, our vision, products, and values.
  • Proven experience of dog grooming to a high standard.
  • A confident and positive approach to handling dogs.
  • Strong customer focus, with a desire to build strong relationships with our customers and their pets.
  • A thirst for continued training and team development.
  • The drive and determination to work effectively as part of a busy team and under your own initiative.

We offer a comprehensive training and development program, including our Pets Corner curriculum, which contains over 900 training documents and dedicated Academy classroom sessions. You will also receive a generous commission scheme, custom uniform, and high-quality equipment.
