Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dog Grooming Stylist to join our team at Dogwood, a natural pet grooming salon within Pets Corner stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Groom and style dogs to the highest standard, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the running of the spa, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Lead by example, motivating and developing your team to meet Dogwood's high standards.
  • Drive sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage appointments, ensuring efficient and effective use of time.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and equipment maintenance, ensuring a first-class spa experience.
Essential Skills
  • A genuine interest in Dogwood's vision, products, and values.
  • Proven experience in dog grooming to a high standard.
  • Confident and positive approach to handling dogs.
  • Strong customer focus, with a desire to build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Thirst for continued training and team development.
  • Drive and determination to work effectively as part of a team and under own initiative.
  • Willingness to share grooming knowledge with trainee stylists.
