Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pet Grooming Specialist to join our Dogwood salon team in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality pet grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Groom and style dogs to the highest standard, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the running of the spa, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their pets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and develop your team to Dogwood's high standards.
  • Responsible for sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage appointments, ensuring efficient and effective use of time.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, building strong relationships with our clients and their pets.
  • Maintain first-class spa presentation, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in Dogwood, our vision, products, and values.
  • Proven experience in dog grooming to a high standard.
  • Confident and positive approach to handling dogs.
  • Strong customer focus, with a desire to build strong relationships with our clients and their pets.
  • Thirst for continued training and team development.
  • Drive and determination to work effectively as part of a busy team and under own initiative.
  • Willingness to pass grooming knowledge to trainee stylists.
