Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for responding to internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and performing long-term follow-up on unsold customers.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
