We're looking for an ambitious and globally minded HR Partner to work alongside our Senior HRP Lead within complex jurisdictions across Europe and APAC. As a key member of our Global HR Team, you'll be responsible for supporting the company's growth and expansion in these regions.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Global HR team in various regional, compliance, and works council requirements across Europe and APAC.
  • Create process documents and guides to support the Global HRP Team in navigating complex European and APAC ER requirements.
  • Act as a local expert on ER challenges and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Provide expertise on policies and procedures and help take these processes to the next level.
  • Support defined People projects and work towards the strategic vision for the HR Partner team.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
