Staff Nurse

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care within the inpatient unit, working collaboratively with the multi-professional team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key duties will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, taking into consideration the holistic needs of patients and adhering to Hospice guidelines, policies, and standards.
Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this role, as the successful candidate will be required to work closely with colleagues across different departments, engaging in projects and working groups within the Hospice.
Person Specification- Registered General Nurse (Level 1)
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Passion for palliative care and a desire to learn
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of infection control, health and safety, and vulnerable adults
- Experience of facilitating partnership working, decision making, and conflict resolution
