Administrative HR Officer

We are looking for an experienced Administrative HR Officer to join our Human Resources team at Reactive Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, ensuring an efficient and effective service is maintained across the entire HR Function.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant clerical or administration experience and excellent communication skills. You will also have experience of computerised management information systems, data input and data retrieval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Support staff development, equality, recruitment and selection, and employee relations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, grade A-C or equivalent, including English Language and Maths
- A minimum of 2 years relevant clerical or administration experience
- Experience of computerised management information systems, data input and data retrieval
- Demonstrate ability to work in a confidential environment
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
Salary: £23,500 per annum
This is a temporary to March 2025 full-time position, working 3 or 4 days from home.
