HR Administrator Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Administrator Assistant to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As an HR Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support within the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 5 GCSEs, grade A-C or equivalent, including English Language and Maths, and a minimum of 2 years relevant clerical or administration experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a confidential environment. You will also have experience of computerised management information systems, data input and data retrieval, and be able to develop effective working relationships and work as part of a team.
This is a temporary position until March 2025, working 3 or 4 days from home. The estimated salary for this role is £23,500 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clerical and administrative support within the Human Resources team
- Ensuring that an efficient, effective and responsive service is always maintained
- Allocating specific areas of responsibility and providing support across the entire HR Function
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, grade A-C or equivalent, including English Language and Maths
- A minimum of 2 years relevant clerical or administration experience
- Experience of computerised management information systems, data input and data retrieval
- Ability to work in a confidential environment
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and work as part of a team
