HR Assistant Professional

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at REED Specialist Recruitment. This is a Full-Time, Temporary position initially until the 31st of March 2025, with an immediate start.
The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support within the Human Resources Unit, ensuring an efficient, effective, and responsive service is maintained at all times. Key responsibilities include processing and responding to employment enquiries, maintaining HR records and databases, and providing administrative support to HR meetings.
**Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant Clerical or Administration experience
- A minimum of 5 GCSE's, grade A-C or equivalent, including English Language and Maths
- IT proficient, with experience of computerised management information systems, data input and data retrieval
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
**Salary:** £23,500 per annum, approximately £12.55 per hour. An Access NI check will be required for the successful candidate.
