**Salary:** £23,500 per annum, £12.55 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly organised and administrative professional to provide support within the Human Resources Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing employment enquiries, maintaining HR records, and providing advice to managers on non-complex HR issues.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a clerical or administration role* A minimum of 5 GCSEs, grade A-C or equivalent, including English Language and Maths* IT proficient* Excellent communication skills* Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Essential Criteria:**
