Our client, a leading organisation in Ballynahinch, is seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This role offers a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum (£12.55 per hour) and is initially a temporary position until the 31st of March 2025.

Role Overview

This is a full-time role that involves providing administrative support to the HR Team and assisting in the provision of an effective and efficient recruitment service. The successful candidate will be responsible for filing HR documentation, maintaining records and databases, and responding to employment enquiries.

Essential Criteria
  • A minimum of five GCSEs at grade A-C or equivalent, including English Language and Maths
  • Experience of computerised management information systems and data input and retrieval
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
