Care Home Lead

The Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Peripatetic Nurse Manager to cover 14 care homes in London, Kent, and the South West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting two divisions and maintaining regional contact with each care home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine Head Office visits across care homes as directed by Divisional Directors.
- Oversee the effective delivery of the medicine administration process in line with company policy.
- Ensure attendance to both mandatory and required training courses is met, including that of staff members within a home.
Requirements
- Hold an active NMC Pin and an NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care.
- Have excellent knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
- Be flexible and willing to travel and work varying shifts.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of £67,900 per annum.
- A car allowance of £4,000 per annum.
