Revenue Growth Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in Sale, UK, driving revenue growth and business expansion through effective sales strategies and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, with a focus on building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management to optimize sales efforts.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to enhance team performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office to streamline processes.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, with a competitive bonus structure and pension scheme. Additional benefits include flexible working arrangements, employee discounts, and opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in sales strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion.
